Well you are for sure part of some private group on facebook and someone share a really cute or epic video that you wan't to share with one of your friends or more and not all on your friendlist and the only way you can do that is by tagging them on a comment on the video. As you can see in the image below this text is one tagged name gray and that means the person is not part of the group and cant access the post.
What you really have to do is the press on the word Video in the top right corner and go directly to the video's real page and from there make a comment to the video with your friends name as a tag and he will see it since the video is hosted in a fan page and can be seen by everybody even self about you do not like the page in any way.
